Reports are done for:

· estate settlement and planning,
· purchase and sale,
· bankruptcy, and
· tax appeal.

Our main office is located in Beaver with associates in Pittsburgh (Mt Lebanon & Squirrel Hill) and Franklin (Venango County).

Coverage is provided by state certified appraisers (four in all). Work is reviewed by our chief appraiser, Darryl L. Kistner.

AREAS OF COVERAGE

The primary area of coverage consists of the following Pennsylvania counties:
· Allegheny,
· Beaver,
· Butler,
· Lawrence, and
· Venango.
